Here’s what we did. We went to my neighbors house and had a wonderful meal with friends. It felt nice to have someone else do all the work.

We went to my Aunt Lois’ house. I saw my cousin Michelle for the first time in about 15 years. It was a good time.

We relaxed in the morning while I prepared candied yams and cranberries. We celebrated Thanksgiving #1 with my husband’s family at his brother’s house. We then took our yams and cranberries to our daughter-in-law’s folks house to celebrate Thanksgiving #2 with her family and of course the grandbabies.

We stayed home and didn’t have company either.
It was for the best, five out of six kids are sick.

We went over to my sister’s house. It was very low-key and relaxed.

I stayed home ad gave a formal sit down for eight. I cooked most of it. I posted the day It was nice and I really enjoyed it.
